Three years ago, I used to go once every one or two months, but since the coronavirus pandemic eased, the number of foreigners has increased, so it's become harder to make reservations, and the quality, size, and taste of the ingredients have declined. . terrible. I can't select the 5,500 yen course on Table Check. The 8,800 yen course is available for Saturday and Sunday lunch on Table Check, but Tabelog says - and I can't make a reservation. Ever since I started doing conveyor belt sushi, things have gotten a bit weird. It's a shame because I go there every year to eat tuna for the first time, and I've brought and introduced many people to this restaurant. It has become a restaurant that values new foreigners more than regulars lol If I'm going to go for an 8,800 yen course, I'll go to another restaurant that has better food... The additional recommended toro taku is almost 3000 yen so be careful lol

Great quality sushi, actually the best I have had. It is a "tachigui" (stand and eat) restaurant. All orders are done on a digital screen so you will know what you have to pay in advance. When it comes to value for money, this is definitely a great place. The sushi rice was made with black vinegar and was really tasty. The fish quality was just amazing! Really recommend all the variants of the tuna 😋 They also serve draft craft beer, which suited the sushi perfectly.

Each topping is large and filling, and the Edomae sushi is made with red vinegar, making it a great supporting role that complements the main topping! It's best not to be too assertive! The most delicious thing was the "pickled tuna". Pickled lean Oma wild tuna. This soy sauce is exquisite! Even though it penetrates so deeply, it's not too dark! The sweet and fragrant soy sauce is the best! Red clams and prawns are cooked while still alive. The crunchiness of the red clams and the plumpness of the prawns are irresistible! To compare the tastes of sea urchins, I paid an additional fee to try both Bafun and Murasaki sea urchins! Thank you for the meal!

Since it's a popular restaurant, time is tight, and even though they recommend adding more, I felt like I had to eat pretty quickly. However, the additional fatty tuna that I ate was so delicious that I couldn't believe it was out of this world 🍣

I visited on my anniversary and had a great time. They were friendly to foreigners and explained the menu well in Korean. He also wished me a special birthday. The food is delicious and the service is also good. I plan to visit again next time. Thank you. It was a fun trip

Wife brought me to this sushi restaurant, and it exceeded all expectations. The chef's enthusiasm and the friendly staff created a welcoming atmosphere. Prices were very reasonable, especially considering the location in Ginza, each chefs were only serving 2-4 customers, and offered excellent value for top-notch sushi. As a foreigner, the English-friendly environment made the experience both comfortable and delightful. Highly recommended!
